Cheena Malicki, as the WCIRB’s new Director of Outreach and Education, creates communication channels between insurer organizations and the WCIRB to enable increased understanding of the unique California workers’ compensation industry. She brings over 15 years of workers’ compensation industry experience in underwriting, premium audit and marketing. Cheena is supported by a team of education, customer experience and marketing experts who help her connect with insurer organizations in new and impactful ways.
