“This course does not include the California Department of Insurance’s required one-hour Agents and Brokers Anti-Fraud Training. As such, the one hour of study of insurance fraud requirement will not be met upon completing this course.”

This engaging and thought-provoking ethics course challenges insurance professionals to consider the connection between character, performance, and leadership. Using analogies from college athletics and examples from real-world business, participants will examine how pressure and culture influence ethical decision-making and personal leadership. Through personal reflection, worksheet activities, and the creation of their personal Character Clause, learners will leave equipped to act with integrity, even when the stakes are high.

Through this work, she equips independent agencies with the tools and insight to unlock performance, lead with purpose, and position for growth.

Sara is also the visionary behind MyNetwork, an international learning network for women in insurance leadership. Now in its 11th season, MyNetwork offers facilitated mastermind groups designed to equip, empower, and enhance the lives of female leaders through virtual programming, peer exchange, and executive
development.
